wedding!!

well. 

its all said and done with

& everything went very well!

started early and ended late and the entire day was wonderful and happy and emotional and just simply beautiful! rula and jonathan had never looked more beautiful or happy.

and i have never danced so much. 

and i have never cried so hard when it was over
{it started when i was sitting at the head table a seat away from alexa, after the majority of people had gone home for the night and watching rula and her baby brother slow dance. it was just a tear at first. then lex asked "its more than this isnt it?" and then you could just say i was a goner for the rest of the night.

wedding week update

as i type this i am forced to backspace a lot since i am not typing with suddenly longer nails {girl problems} and my hair is a mess and i am still a little bit hot because of all the dancing tonight. 

it was rehearsal tonight and everything went great with no complications. we even got it all said and done with under an hour and fifteen minutes. then we went over to rulas house...well her parents house {that will take some getting used to...} and ate the most delicious food you could imagine! chicken and tabouli and hummus and lamb and rice and amazingness {i can make up my own words here}! 

and then we danced.

and then danced some more. 

as a girl with no rhythm i would like to say i didn't fail... as long as i don't dance anywhere near alexa no one will know that i have no idea what i am doing. 

emphasis on the 'NO IDEA' 

still getting used to the nails {i'm not how you say..a girly girl} but i will never get sick of dancing with the nicest people i know and i am so glad to have them in my life

oh. i don't have photos. i brought the camera but was too busy walking down and dancing.

Rula: you're first since we are here because of you, your wedding is in 4 days (!!!) i love how when you come over you immediately make sure my mom and dad know you say hello. i love that you can laugh at your self. {and me too! we both have some laughable experiences} i love that you appreciate my mixes i make you, no matter how weird or sad they may be. i love that you worry, i love that you over think & i love that you are a wonderful friend to everyone who knows you. you are the most welcoming person i have ever known. thank you for never making me worry if you love me, and for being there for me no matter what is going on in your day even if it is more important. 

Alexa: well you are simply beautiful. you're that friend that knows not only when i do something, but why i do something. you know i have a reason for everything and you encourage me to be happy. you inspire me {most photographed friend} in ways ive never expected. we both equally hate and love change {i.e. hair, moving, life changes, cell phones, purses, ect.} i have always appreciated how we can get together and just listen to taylor swift and rent 3 movies and only watch half of one because we are too busy talking. or sometimes not talking. i love you for making me chill out {and just dance} when i need to. thank you for always having my back, and know i will always have yours. 

Erica: little mrs. florida. i first would like to state how much i miss you coming over my house and going to the cupboards and fridge and coming up to my room with a bowl of random pieces of candy, ice cream, cheez-its and whipped cream. i miss you coming a few minutes late because you lost track of time. i miss hearing your little voice and seeing your little self when ever i want. but i love that you are happier than i have ever known you {even if it is in florida!} i am happy that i have a cozy place to visit when i want and i am happy that no matter how far away we are, we will always be there to listen and talk, but mainly talk ;) thank you for knowing how i feel, with everything.

Martha: i love that i know what to expect with you, probably because we are really so much alike. i love that i know that i will always have you to count on to be punctual and even early. {i like this too much myself} i love when you laugh so hard you cry, or when you say something that is the 'quote of the night' and you dont even understand why. i love knowing what you like on your pizza no matter what. i love that you want us to speak louder when we are in a car driving somewhere. but i mostly love that you are incredibly dependable. i can always count on you to be there and willing to help in any way you can. thank you for being martha, no matter what. 

i love you girls so much and i hope that you never forget about that one time we were in some strange mans porch waiting for the storm to pass... and i hope we find room for the bread!

wedding week: starts NOW

my best friend Rula is getting married {as you know} next Sunday {as in six days!!!} 

yesterday we went to pt. huron and spent the day in the sand, doing mock water-aerobics {probably a "you had to be there" moment...}, shopping and eating {delicious desserts!}
