Its cold. Its wet. And its cold (oh, I already said that...). But you can make the best of anything, and its much easier to do when the sun is out and the skies are blue. It doesn't hurt if you have good company* to enjoy it with.

I want to go back. Right now. Maybe this time I would bring gloves and snow pants. Since going to a museum with wet, cold pants isn't as exciting as you might think. Just take my word on this one.
