thanks to my dads friend Nik I was able to do something super cool and incredibly nerve-wracking for me.

we drive to detroit. i get harnessed. and we climb many many stairs and ladders to get to the (almost) top of the score board. we took these photos, both with digital and grandpas nikon FM2. 

it felt just so right taking photos downtown detroit with that Nikon.

you like lights at night?

i feel like sometimes i need a publicist. to tell me what is acceptable to admit to on the internet. whats too much to share, whats a nicer way to word things.

but. i feel my life is a Taylor Swift album.

by sometimes, i mean all the times.

i cleared that with my publicist, it was okay to share. cause it really doesn't admit to anything yay or nay. its just a totally and completely broad statement that can be read into which ever direction your heart desires.

magical right?!?!

**to those of you who have been wondering where my blog has been. {you totally know who you are!} its been here, the whole time. as have i. i have just not needed to say anything here. i think i know why. BUT! stay tuned! I have two weddings this month! and i will try my hardest to show this place some TLC. because this place makes me happy. so happy.**

detroit. cousin dinner. estate sales. 80 degree days. 30 degree days with rain included {for free!!}. one of the funnest {is that a word yet?!} game nights I've had ever. dinner dates with rula pie. hunger games. flowers. new found obsession in Draw Something. accidental cd purchases that become secret obsession {I'm not ready to admit this on inter web yet..}

and at the looks of it, april is shaping up to be a pretty great month too!!
