moving monday:

this made me laugh out loud 

most of my moving pictures are Disney...

a sore subject to bring up or think about for me is that i went to florida for two weeks in march

thats not the sore part

its sore when i remember that i lost all of my photos {taken on my actual camera}

all of them. all 1500 of them. 

its so sore that i don't really even look at the 800+ that i took on iPhone 

- but that trip was so fun! i saw my best friend erica, tigers spring training game {hello, verlander and porcello}, disney world {hello, peter pan}, and an owl. 

a. real. live. owl. 

so this post is to pretty much say:

i will post my iPhone photos here before the end of the year. 

and maybe if i wish hard enough the photos will some how magically appear

today i felt like sharing some of my favorite moments from one of my favorite movies! 

elizabethtown. sad. charming. just perfect. 

best week{end} ever

ever have something you are looking forward to and when it finally gets there... its not as great as you thought it would be? 

ever hype something up too high to have it just disappoint you? 

i have. 

but this wasn't one of them. 

this was the best week of this year. 

of last year. 

of my life. 

{i know. I'm being dramatic. but its how i feel about it}

and it started when i saw kale on thursday:

and elijah {and kale!} on friday:

 and crammed in a photo booth with elijah and kale:

and took lots more pictures with elijah and kale: 

and saw city and colour with more friends:

and hung out with matthew:

and liked our feet with kale: 

and saw get em tiger guy:  

and took a picture with dallas green! or at least his poster:  

 and then on saturday i saw maddie and kale: 

and liked our feet again: 

and worked on photos while to of my best friends bonded: 

and then sunday went to my cousins first public talk and saw my family:  

and then hung out with tim and jess and watched a movie and had some drinks and spent the night:  

and put a hat on mazzy: 

and it got so so so much better on monday when all of this happened...

buying SIX of the best looking sweaters:

and then wearing the best looking sweaters with 5 of the best people i know: 

tuesday was no good. since we woke up before sunrise and couldn't sleep any more:

  

and thats when we all went our own ways. and i cried. because i was sad it was over. 

and from laughing at the stories from the night before... and the pictures... and the stories... 

...and a week later, I'm still laughing.

hi. i just spent four days in the u.s. virgin islands. it went by as quickly as i was hoping it wouldn't. but i had so much fun. saw so many pretty things. and spent the time having fun with new friends. friends i am so thankful to have met! the wedding went so incredibly smoothly. the bride and groom were gorgeous - the location was perfect. food was delicious. and the ocean was just as i was expecting. - since i will be working a whole lot the next few weeks on the photos, i thought i would share some of my iPhone photos!

that is not a fun time to wake up.
no matter the circumstances. 

someone forgot her charger.. and the glamour was my 'postcard' for rula pie

because its the only thing i miss about flying.

this year has been the best year yet. photography wise. friendship wise. family wise. everything. i am in love with 2011.

i am so happy and thankful for this opportunity! and i can not wait to show you all the photos from the wedding!
