goodbye summer

i know. its still "summer" but let me tell you, what makes summer so effortlessly summer.. is gone
{this is where maddie will say 'its still summer in georgia!!!"}

but this just means it is expected that we drink lots of hot cider and eat lots of cinnamon donuts and apples and wear slippers and scarves and really {i mean realllllly} those are all things i live for. 

i want to share some of my favorite moments i had this summer

because each summer that passes manages to be better than the last

that is all i could ask for

how did i spend my labor day?
watching the criminal minds marathon on A&E

on my comfy green couch with my feet up {in slippers, fyi} creating this little number:

p.s. my summer is from when maddie left for georgia {may} up until last night

and i apologize for the sideways video.. i need to update my iMovie... :(

i had to wait to post this until i got home from the movie since it wasnt finished uploading. 

maddie. i wish i were literally with you when i saw it. because you would have remembered to bring the tissues {and the twizzlers}. thanks for making me read finish the book. literally.
